How do I know the price when placing an order using the order form?

We’ll not know until your order has been purchase + Delivery charge that you can find here. We will text you the price as soon as we get the receipt from the restaurant.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and e-transfers.

How do I place an order for grocery delivery?

You can submit your grocery list to the grocery order form here. You can also submit your grocery list by email atΒ deliveryinnorthbay@gmail.com or by calling/texting it to (705) 499-7917

What happens if I don’t have an email address to complete the order form?

You can still give us a call or text us at (705) 499-7917Β  with your order and we will deliver it to you too!

What happens if what I want to be delivered is not in the category list on the order form?

Choose other from the category list and type the information in the store location field.

Will I be able to pay once I complete the form?

Unfortunately no, however, you can only pay us once we have your items at your door!

What happens after I submit the order form?

You will receive a confirmation email with the items you have ordered. Please review the information to ensure everything is correct, otherwise, give us a call.

Can I submit an order form when you are closed?

Yes, you can! If you want to place an order in advance for the next morning, leave a message indicating when you want it delivered in the field where you indicate what you want to be delivered.
